Toledo/PurdueU52 Purdue breaking in new QB on offense... very underated Defense this year IMO from a school not known to play much D; Toledo should be able to stack box as they are solid in pass defense
Baylor +1.5 almost stayed away from this one...thought line would be BU +4-6pts. before they came out...still just see Bears winning this one SU...not my most confident play though as WF can score and should have improved D-line to stop somewhat 1dimensional Bear offense...Griffin's play at QB will be the difference

UGA will be completely different team this year on defense..back to running ball and playing solid D....Dawgs will try to slow game down w/ rushing attack and short passing game...UGA will several impact freshman who will be household names at end of season...okst maybe a little overrated on offense....call it a homer pick if you want but do think they keep it close and love the under play
Illinois -6.5 drinking the Illini kool-aid...think they are gonna be explosive on Offense and better on Defense than last few years...Juice most improved player i have seen in awhile....Mizzu not able to score enough in this one
UAB/RICE U63.5 UAB ret 11 on an avg offense...Rice ret 9 on a bad defense...I think it equals U63.5...Rice lost most playmakers and will need time to get anything going...Owls defense although not good will be better
Auburn -12 Great value on a team that looked like crap all last year...sure they aren't what they were but it's still auburn and i think they will be better offensively than people think now that burns moves to WR (couldn't throw)...underrated group of WR....solid Oline and running backs are talented and deep...Auburn Passing attackis difference in this one
Bama -6.5 Not sold VT is That good on defense or that taylor can throw the ball good enough to beat a quality SEC team...Bama will do what they always do, run the ball and play defense...don't see how Turkeys can score enough
TX a&m -13.5 Agree with another poster on here that this is fade of NM as they change systems and personnell does not match up...A&M is at home and needs to make a statement with big win...Aggies still suck but get off to a good start with a blow-out win in opener
Miami +5.5 could be wrong on this one for sure but like the canes getting points in this rivalry...IMO miami has more talent at skill positions than FSU...just need miami to be more physical on defense than last year to stop FSU running with a great o-line and hoping experience will solve that problemalso will be interested to see if any Noles are susp in this one
