It's more like 1-3 since the Special is about double the size of a normal bet. Well call it a 2 unit bet vs. a 1 unit bet

Why does everyone forget so quick how great of a capper Bendi was last year???  Everyone get off their high horses and realize it was only three games.

Bibendi, sorry bout that.  I really meant to put a question mark wondering if you made other plays during the night.  I know your solid on this site, and while I dont really tail others plays, I usually look to see who is on what games. 

I just wanted to say that I wasnt trying to be a douche and apologize.  I'll be around all year so we'll have time to discuss plays. 

Best of luck and I really got to get a breathalyzer hooked up to my computer.

Good luck...slow start for us both actually.  I was 1-2 last night and laid off tonight.  Check out the card if you have time (you know you do...lol).

We'll see who is counting plus big units by week 10, 11, 12...ect.  I'm not concerned.

Week 1 sooo tough. I thought it was laughable how both Carolinas couldn't punch it in at all. They looked horrible and your thread was, I thought, right on point. Just un-real that no one could score. I know that waiting a few weeks is usually the profitable way to go, but the gambling jones just gets the better of me. I really like your Illinois bet(Ron Zook wants to make a point) and think Colorado wants to make a statement that they're atleast worthy of being in the Big 12. However, as we know, things will always play out. As my arch enemy Chris Berman says "thats why they play the game"

I think your on the right track with the strategy.  Not one I use for week 1, but that is what I do most of the year.  Its really nice to win 2 out of 5 games and be up where other people playing spreads go 3-2 and down off the juice.  Odds are more important that juice.  Check out the site underdogsofwar.com  Its two guys from covers that blog their ML dogs each week.  One of them really breaks down the results from last year based on if you played spread dogs vs dog ML.
