Utah Should win the Pac 12 South

if there QB wynn stays healthy, they should represent the Pac 12 south in the title game...

reasons as to why this is....

1. 5 conferance Home games as opposed to only 4 on the road...

2. the 2 pac 12 teams they dont play this year happen to be Oregon and Stanford...

3. They play Arizona St in Salt Lake City

4. USC cannot represent the south in the Conf. title game...

everything and i mean everything is in there favor to win the south.. I really think they will take advantage of this gift larry scott has given them in there first year in the conferance... they could very well wind up playing the title game at there own house if it works out perfectly...

if they beat USC in week 2, then i think its pretty much theres...

your missing the point BUD.... they dont play any elite teams in the pac 12 this year, besides USC..... and they dont qualify for the pac 12 title game... Did you not even read my post??

Well, it could happen...but I do think it would def take some breaks going their way. 

I have been a big MWC fan (betting purposes) in the past so I have watched alot of their games and have really been dissapointed in Utah lately.  And I am not sold on this Utah squad, but they will be decent.  Given USC can't win it and their easy street schedule...they do have an outside shot.  However, I would have to go with Arid_Torpor and pick Arizona State as the winner.

Did they negotiate for this as a condition of joining the conference?  That's a hell of a break! 

Agree about ASU although I love their MLB Burfict, Im curious how many personal fouls he had last year.  I swear twice on 1 drive he commited boneheaded roughness calls on 3rd down.  He needs to learn to control his aggression.

yeah i cant seem to figure out why some people are down on the utes, and up on arizona st?? like ASU has ever been reliable...

people..... with USC disqualified, and utah not having to play oregon or stanford this year, all they have to do is beat out asu, arizona, ucla, and colorado...... and they get ASU at home... why is it such a stretch that they cant beat out those teams??????????

im not saying it is a slam dunk, but i would much rather favor the utes in the south with that schedule setup then anyone else in that division...

Hey bud if u read my post it says Utah sux. Read between the lines. They could barely beat teams in the MWC last yr.

hey BUD, they beat SD state, airforce, pittsburg, byu, and hung tough with oregon and beat iowa st by about 50 points...

they did not suck.. that is a very inaccurate comment.. they were average. nothing more nothing less BUD.

and just because you are somthing one year, does not mean you will be the same the next year.. that is the dumbest logic i have ever heard of... BUD

Utah's performance correlated directly to the strength of opponent last season.  Bad teams they won big, decent teams maybe 25th-50th, they played close, and top 25 they got crushed. How is this team winning a BCS conference, and Undefeated? I needed a good laugh.

who said they were going to go undefeated and win a BCS conferance??? you just gave me a good laugh, because i never read that anywhere...

i said they will win the south.. not the pac 12.. all they have to do is beat out ASU ucla arizona and colorado...

you guys act like they have to beat out the sec west or somthing..
