This game will be a hard fought battle. Mizzou may well come out on top, but it won't be by much if they do.
Nebraska wining 41-24 is a much more likely outcome, than Mizzou winning by the same score.
Nebraska wins by doing 2 things thursday night.
1) Ball control. NU must win the time of possession battle. They were the best team in the country last year at doing this. Keep MU's offense off the field as much as possible. This requires a good game from Zac Lee as well.

ol miss is terrible though they dont belong anywhere in the top 15 the way snead has been playing, i really believe the huskers are a top 10 team in the country. i am a homer though so take what i say with a grain of salt

Huskers will open some eyes around the country this Thursday a little bit...I say a little bit, because honestly, beating Mizzou at Mizzou on a Thursday night is not that big of a deal imo...yes, it will be a great win if they can do it, but, and I hate to say this, huskers had their chance at shocking the nation 2 weeks ago in Blacksburg and for 58 minutes they did just that (thoroughly dominating va tech up and down the field). Huskers need to learn how to finish a game off, and I think the loss to tech showed them just that.
Huskers are a much, much better team compared to the one that got routed by mizzou last year (9-1 since that time I believe) - If zac lee has another game like he did at tech (no major mistakes, but he missed some throws badly), it will be tough to win...if zac (and the O line in particular) play well, Huskers walk away by 9-14 points...I am going with the latter....I have been on the Huskers every week so far, and I will back them again this week with my biggest play of the year so far
