Cincinnati also plays Oklahoma the next week and could be looking ahead. I also like NC State.

UC is 5-3-1 as an away underdog.
NC St is 5-17 as a home favorite.

Given so much momentum on NC St right now...I'm leaning hard toward UC for a small-medium sized bet.

Also another thing to note is that Butch Jones's carrer at Cincy is starting out the same as it did when he took the reigns at Central Michigan. He had a great QB in Lefevour as he does with Collaros. Coming off great productive seasons both squads were beaten on the road against 1-A opponents then crushed weaker opponents the following before being blasted again the next week on the road just a thought.

If NC st is a hostile environment then you could use that logic everytime a team plays at home and say they should win because they have fans that cheer at home.

That means nc st. won the turnover battle 5-0.   They won a game when their offense struggled. Sign of a team that can win geams on the road when everything isn't going good. Something Cinci failed to do in their one road game so far.  People are dissing NC St for winning the turnover battle. Should just be another check on their side.
