In early regular season ncaa football games, there is no possible way you get even money action on a Texas vs Lousianna-Monroe matchup or USC vs Idaho matchup and it seems that those lines that start in the high 30's end up moving 4-6 points in the favor of the "big name school"
My question is why dont you start the lines at least 3 points higher knowing the general publilc is going to bet on the big favorite no matter what the number is?
