The way the season has gone for South Florida you might expect the line to be Syracuse -3 or so in this game, but I think Vegas has set the line at USF -3 knowing that they'd get a lot of public action on the Orange. I think they've done this because they know South Florida is the better team, and when they don't shoot themselves in the foot, they are one of the better teams in the Big East, in spite of their 0-4 conference record. Though the season has been a disappointment, the Bulls could still become bowl eligbile by winning two of its last four games, and tonight is one of their better chances to get a win with Miami and West Virginia still remaining on the schedule. Tonight at Syracuse, and against Louisville are the two best chances to win. USF is 0-4 in the Big East but with the exception of the Pitt game, they haven't lost by more than 6 points. South Florida is still gaining a lot of yards and scoring points, and I think they will continue that tonight against the Cuse. The matchup to watch in this game is South Florida running game, first in the conference, against Cuse's run defense, also first in the conference. I think USF gets the better of that matchup tonight. After a huge upset victory of West Virginia, Cuse has lost two straight to UConn and Louisville, and I just don't know that they are as outstanding as they seemed in that WV victory. On the defensive side of the ball, I think USF has enough talent to limit Cuse's effectiveness. If South Florida doesn't beat themselves, which is not necessarily a given, they are probably the more talented team and should win the game.

shrewdie...haha thanks buddy...I understand that every single bet I place could be a loser. If you're picking 60% in this business, you're doing a great job, and you're losing a bunch of the time. Overconfidence is usually a bad sign when it comes to betting.
