All these people pull various number from various places.  Half the time they aren't even close.  I've never seen covers folks even AGREE who is "public."  And yet people continually try to incorporate this into their wagers because they don't have enough confidence to cap a game and make a play based on that.

Might as well just go play on-line black jack.
