If you're not a Bama or Vols fan, you probably have no clue how deep the hatred Bama players and fans have for Tennessee & Phat Phil ever since he cut a quid pro quo deal with the NCAA to help entrap Bama. That of course lead to sanctions, the effect of which Bama is just now starting to shake. Most people don't realize that there are still active lawsuits still pending relating to case. In fact Phatamus was served a subpeona at SEC Media Day in Birmingham, Alabama this year in one of those cases.
I tell you this so you'll understand why this is the most important game of the year for Bama fans & players. Bama would rather win this game than the LSU or Auburn games. This game was circled long ago, just like last year's game was - a game Bama won 42-17 as a slight underdog.
Saban has played every team pretty much played every team straight up this year. But for this game, Saban will have some special trick plays bullets to fire.
You don't have to worry about any letdowns in this game. Bama will put the throttle down on the opening whistle, and might let up 9 years from now after they've rattled off 10 straight wins against the "snitches."
Predicted Score: Bama 38 Vols 0
And I'm not kidding!!! It might be worse than that. Do yourself, your kids and your grandkids a favor and play Bama this week.
FREAK OUT!!!
jimmy, there is no way bama wants this game more than they want the win in the iron bowl against Auburn. 6 losses in a row to Auburn and them probably staying perfect until then will only add to the hype. being from a city where bama/auburn fans are 50/50 and me attending auburn currently and receiving texts and calls at all hours on gamedays usually ending in a FUCK YOU AND ROLL TIDE!!! alabama players and fans want a win against auburn more than anything. this will be another great game as it usually has a history of being and i look forward to making the trip to t-town in a month or so
the tide wants auburn way worse than they want TN

Like pete carroll to run the score up the rest of the year. Zona is a decent team but havent played a defense(or offense) this good all year. USC wins by 21
Like you said, waiting in tucky to get around 26-27 points then i will jump on. Not real excited about tucky in this one because i think there is a good chance they dont even score a TD. But ill take any SEC team catching 25+ points (especially vs florida)
AMD, DUY- GL to you
Nos- Welcome aboard the Midd tenn st train.
Jmatt6- dont like WV -3.5 (buy it down to 3),dont like USC-16, im not on vandy but i do like duke +10, if you are playing florida better get it now because it will go uo

I agree with most of what your saying about MTSU. Could be a game where they mail it in for the 3rd one. I see it the other way though, they hang with 2 big BCS schools and almos beat them, maybe it gives them a little confidence? Its hard to take Miss st -10 vs anyone. doesnt matter who. I see this as a 17-14 game and i think MTSU has a good shot at winning SU. See if you can find moreno and stafford out to dinner the night before and slip something in there drink for me
