Its kinda late but here I go: First off, I believe Jim Tressel didnt want to show much vs Navy since he & his team had USC up next, so the Navy game was a classic look ahead game & its beyond me on how I missed a play on Navy last week, anyway, Pete Carroll & company dont usually look ahead & played a soft San Jose St team that stuck in there the 1st quarter but USC was just too much. Ohio St got smashed last year at home by USC & im assuming Ohio St doesnt want a repeat of last year. USC is bringing a freshman Qb into the horse shoe, a tuff environment for a rookie. Ohio St returned 4 offensive starters & 7 defensive starters, while USC returned 9 offensive & 3 defensive. My assumption is that defense wins championships, so I see Ohio St's defense blitzing & not allowing USC's Qb to get much time to throw, or atleast im hoping. Imo, USC comes out of this game with a 3 point win. I just dont see another blowout for USC like last year. I wish this game was played at noon time but they stuck it on primetime 8pm est, which will get the alot of people watching it, I just dont see a blow out! USC by 3
