Wanted to share some info which I think is BEST bet of day:
Lets start out stating that both defenses are stellar and both were excellent against the rush.
USC held 10 of 12 opponents to 10 points or less with three shutouts.
Penn State held 8 of 12 opponents to 14 points or less with 5 out of 8 limited two single digits.
Long lay-off tough on offenses USC will get some plays down field and Penn State will find it tough going against the skill and speed of USC.
In all games played on grass field over the last 3 years USC has a 7 OVER 23 UNDER record against the spread.
In games on a neutral field since 1992 Penn State is 3 OVER and 10 UNDER and 0 OVER and 2 UNDER over the last three years.
Playing as an underdog since 1992 Penn State is 15 OVER and 31 UNDER all against the spread.
USC in all lined games over the last 3 years is 11 OVER against 26 UNDER. Finally 3 of the last 4 in this series have all gone under the posted total.
