What is you replaced ISU name and put in FLORIDA; they are 6-6 and stil are favored by 3 pts over Ohio State who is average this year. OSU would have been easily the 2nd best team. Bama is number 2 off PERCEPTION not REALITY. The SEC is GENERALLY the best conference but they ARE NOT THIS YEAR. The computers have the Big XII as the best and its not even close. Since there is no playoff you have to look at the ENTIRE BODY OF WORK. Bama's VAUNTED DEFENSE faced 1 team with a top 30 defense. The average offense they faced and I say AVERAGE was 91st. Its easy to look great against a bunch of crappy offensive teams and so many people talk about OSU "AVERAGE" offense. Well they lead the country with 37 takeaways much more than LSU or Bama and if people would actually look at each game OSU defense is easily top 20. Like I said in the Baylor game they were up 49-3 but at the end of the game Baylor had 625 yards of offense which shows how stats are deceiving. Bama had ONE LEGIT WIN over Arkansas. While OSU beat Kstate, OU, Baylor, Tulsa, Texas, Texas A&M and Missouri. All of those teams other than Texas have extremely prolific offenses with 3 of them having first round qb and wrs but like I said it makes no sense talking to homers they will get a reality check when they lose and people won't give them that extra respect the next few years.
