Hmm, OVER.  Surprised pre-game that the action on the total was pretty even action.  Books come out good if Oregon wins but no cover and probably not hurt too much on parlays/teasers if it goes over.

It could....laying -200 is alot of juice to cover $100 and gamblers typically love to go big on the favorites and more cautious on the underdogs.
