BOL man but just a little bit of legal advice... if you are going to file bankruptcy it is going to be a chapter 7 or 13 as chapter 11s are for corporate or LLC/LLP/PC business entities and not individuals such as yourself

Come on guys you do not want to rely upon a stat that yeilds 60% likely return on investment when you are laying 3.2 to 1 to net any investment. Now if the stat was at least 80% now we are talking. Either even congrats on the win!
