Whenever you refer to sharp bets, you need to clarify what your intentions are. If you mean that heavy action has been layed upon this team via Vegas shops by certain syndicates then that would justify a so called "sharp play". I am on Nebraska heavy myself and do consider myself a strong handicapper who looks not only at the market but market perception and what the oddsmakers have opened the lines at along with line moves, then the game. For example their is heavy money on Rutgers and I like Rutgers at home in some snow to keep it close does this make me a sharp money player.
Where did you get your information? I know of three syndicates who I talk to on a weekly basis? My guys are from Vegas on the strip but do play a number of offshore shops as well. Just curious and good luck with Huskers.

I wouldn't base my plays strictly RLM. It is a strategy that works one week and doesn't work the next. I'm sure that the public has had a strong year betting teams like LSU, BAMA, Stanford, Wisconsin (up until last week), and basically the top 10 in NCAAFootball. If you read the oddsmakers take on this year's NCAAF you will hear over and over the difference from the top 10 compared to the competition in league play. Everyday gamblers bet favorites ...I'm normally and underdog and under total player. I haven't shown a huge profit due to the extreme overs that have hit in heavily played games on t.v. or big matchups. However, I had a nice weekend in the NFL with unders in Cle, Oakland, Jaxsonville and Atlanta..NFL games are still coming down to reality in pricing. It's obvious that the rules are made for scoring and fantasy leagues lately..
My take on your Baylor play is this. Models have this game as over 84 pts and Baylor losing by 21. Baylor is getting 15 or so roughly with 60 percent being on OK St. Ok St is playing great and coming off a big win and may be let down. If I was forced to play this game it would be on OK State..Both have great offenses but OK St is clearly much better than Baylor's defense. I believe OK State plays in the national championship..

Your life! I think your life is more valuable than a wager on a college football game. The word fluke is always a gem when people place their hard earned money and then find some reason that they know in their hearts that they chose a game to wager on. I have no feelings for Ok St. or Oklahoma or any team when it comes to wagering. It's all about this
