my bet on nebraska was already made do you really think i am not gonna cheer for them to turn it around ( granted there was'nt much to cheer about w/ neb for 3 qtrs).

I think the STL baseball game was the toughest yet I was on the other side of that one and seeing this one I laughed bc I knew I got away with one of them early...

Just have a couple of things to say...anytime someone gets "lucky" that is part of wagering, playing a slot machine or the Lotto.
However in a game of skill, if it was only skill such as poker or sports, and you could tear a game apart mathematically and handicap it, I would say you could figure out 75% of the puzzle. The rest is unknown. But you take that 75% and over time if your numbers are accurate you will grind it out over time. The "luck" factor must always be present. That is how "dead money"stays in the "game". For a short period, but will always be ground down by the advantage players or eventually the "vig".
In regards to this game, for three quarters Missouri was in cruise control and I would not say dominated but managed to keep a Nebraska team that ineptly could not handle special teams duties properly and fumbled away the ball and snaps at crucial times. But things evened out in the end in regards to turnovers. I will say that d lineman for Nebraska did a great job of catching that ball. There were many times during the game that the Nebraska players could have intercepted it, but dropped the pass, in the end they ended up with two.
But looking at the final numbers of the game, which is 4 quarters long, Nebraska outgained Tigers and was more efficient at the end of the day. So just looking at the numbers, they were hands down the winner. They put up an incredible 4th quarter and sometimes thats what you have to do, and if you're Missouri, hey you take your cap off to them and work on what you have to work on. Mainly I think mental toughness.
But anytime people get lucky, just think of keeping money in the game. For awhile, that is. You need people in the game or else who can you win from?

this guy is pretty much just like all the people who cry fix because they lost a game. He's just doing it in a different way. I feel very lucky the Huskers came back and won. It wasn't looking good, but the fact is they did come back to win. And if people want to go back and brag about picking the right side then that's their choice because ultimately, they did pick the right side. I made a thread when they got up 20-12 saying thank you for finally playing like you should and to hold on and beat them. I feel bad for anyone who loses, I really do. But I get so tired of people getting mad at other people because they won. Or saying the game was fixed or rigged because they didn't win. I doubt they say that when they win the bet. NO, they brag and talk about how they were on the right side. I feel very fortunate I won with Nebraska and if it was luck then so be it. I would rather be lucky and a winner then a loser and no luck.

Not sure if 27 points in the 4th Quarter is lucky or if Mizzu choked, but Lucky would be if Neb kicked a filed goal with 2 seconds left and the ball hit off the posts and kicked in, that is lucky. 27 points allowed on your D in one quarter is just shitty football.....either way you look at it, ill take the money
