Gotta go do some last minute X-mas shopping.
Some things to think about:
For ND:
Hawaii 0-4 against top 50 defenses
Hawaii last in the nation in sacks allowed.
Hawaii averaged 24.9 ppg playing the 76th toughest schedule
ND 22.7 pts per game playing the 36th toughest schedule.
ND has better athletes at nearly every position
 
For Hawaii
Home field advantage.
 
I'll take ND's defense laying the 2 points.

Well either way you look at it, neither team is a winner.  They weren't from week one to now.
 
Notre Dame's schedule is who......we........thought.......they.........were.  Even Denny Green can tell you that ND did what they were supposed to do this year.  They defeated the mediocre and gave one team a LITTLE better then themselves (Pitt) a game @ South Bend.
 
 
And who goes to Hawaii to play football in December?  I says it's vacation time brothas, vacation time brothas, va ca tion.  Yeee vacation.  Jimmy C-Lossed-some won't be thinking about football! He'll be thinking about those beautiful coral reefs and incredible breaking waves...I know I was.

tough to handicap this game.......

both teams are mediocre at best.  this game will come down to a turnover imo. 

since i'm a junkie....and need some action.  I'm going with Weiss and company.  Weiss is making the off. play calls....and he's motivated to pick up this win to save face....Get the alumni and AD off his back.  N.D. ml -130.

Heard on ESPN when Weiss calls the plays (which he will tonight) averages 17+ per game vs the Off Cord (now via Miami Oh) who averaged over 27.

I've analyzed this game up and down. Such a push when you way all the factors. Really gonna come down to which Clausen we see tonight, Hummer Boy or lil Drummer Boy. Really hope Hummer boy shows up and takes control of this team. HF advanatge could be the killer in this game if ND can't match the warriors intensity. if ND comes out like the REALLY wanna put a end to the dismall Bowl record/downhill season, they should have no problem handling Hawaii. If it's close at the end I really hope Weis has improved his playcalling. Intensity is the Word of the Day. Kiddies!

ND simply needs this game more than UH.  Better atheletes = 10 point win.  UH will be ne dimensional, pass only, immobile QB.  ND pounds UH with the run.

ND should win but they might come out flat..  during the pre-game ESPN showed footage of ND surfing and having a ball..  maybe they should of waited until after the game to start their vacation.  since it is the only game on tonight I had to place a bet for entertainment.  I decided to only bet on the over 48.5...

Hawaii coach has NO BALLS! - someone just neutered this sad dude- not only has he been a disaster as a coach the entire game but he shames himself and his team by not going for it on 4th down
