The MAC is horrible and CUSA is head and shoulders better...
 
Tulsa is running for 254.8 Yards per game ... The Bad weather(Rain T storms ) should hamper Ball St's Passing attack...

I would hedge the bet and risk 5.5 units on Sooners +4.5 in hopes of covering your Gator bet and if it is a close game, you might middle it for some xtra .

Do you think the line will go higher then 4.5 by game time?

Awesome position to be in with Florida +850.     If I were in your shoes it would be tough not to hedge a little knowing you could have a decent shot at hitting both, but then again thats why it's gambling.   Think ultimately I'd hedge small just enough to cover my initial bet and watch the rest come in.  GL to you whatever you decide.
