Let's pound some beers, break some shit, and we'll move on to the next day. I can't believe I lost both, but the people complaining about us 'whiners' are idiots too. Depending on the level of venting/bitching.
I'm levelheaded about it, I've had plenty of crazy shit flip my way before too, would be a liar to pretend otherwise. Favorite was a late season NBA game last year, had the over in I think Heat/Bulls or something like that(Heat vs somebody), Heat were killing it, up by like 12. 6 seconds left, and they were 1 point under the total, Heat ball. All they should do is dribble out the clock, but for some reason Wade takes it to the rack and puts it over. BADASS. So come on, we've all had crazy backdoor covers hit for and against us.
But those complaining about the 'whiners' and 'crybabies' canNOT act like you've never flipped a bit over a bad beat or backdoor cover. Of course you have. We're pissed for a day, then move on to the next day.
Can't really decide which feels worse though, missed XP + wasted FG opportunity before half, or last play can't tackle the fucking backup QB on an obvious draw that had been run over and over the last 2 minutes. Really? Can't tackle him, and idiot doesn't know to just lie down? Ayiyiyi, craziness.
There's my venting, on to the next one...

Hey, I'm a big Miss. St. fan and I was actually at the game and of course I had Miss. St. -7. I was so mad after we allowed that late field goal I had to leave the Stadium. could not even enjoy myself on Broadway St. after the game. Ah the life of a gambler.
By the way, I don't think we have missed an Extra point all year. Go Figure.

Nothing wrong with some venting.....................it happens some years. I've had years where I got all the breaks, but this isn't one of them.....so far. It's like a bad beat in poker..........you know it happens, it always sucks when it happens, but you move on & hope you're on the right side of the beat next time.

Ccbulldog...I have learned the hard way to never bet on my team when I go to the game...I have left games pissed off even though my team won, but dicked around and didn't cover. I feel you, man.

Speaking of poker, I walked in the Beau Rivage back in August and bought in for $300 at a 1-2 no limit holdem game. I got two kings dealt to me the first hand. A player in front of me raised, I raised him back, everyone else folds and he then goes all in. OK, I sitting there with two kings and have no knowledge at all about the type player he was. I figured he had two aces but I would not allow myself to fold so I went all in with him. Of course he had the two aces and they held up. . I was so mad I got up a walked straight out of the casino after driving 90 miles to play just one hand.

Wow Bulldog, hadn't checked back on this post until today, that is an AWFUL poker beat on a first hand after driving 90 mi? I've had some rough ones but the timing on that...that's awful.

Interesting. I also play at the Beau.
I had a similar hand a few years ago during a WPT event at the Beau. I was at a cash table and caught pocket Aces on the very first hand. After a lot of raising and re-raising, a guy with a pair of kings and over $10,000 on the table pushed all in. I had just sat down with 3K. I had to call. He caught a king on the turn. Brutal. Same thing - I got up and drove home.
The hand I played right before that one knocked me out of the tournament. Short-stacked I pushed all-in with a pair of Qs. I had one caller. He had 7, 10. He flopped a straight.
Not my day!!! You talk about one mad mother-fucker driving home!!!
