Last week May and Holtz were asked to give a grade for Weis.
 
Mark May correctly gave him a "D"
 
Holtz goes "I'd give him an A plus plus"
 
I mean, a bigger homer dick you will never find...............
 
I just wish May wold have asked him last night after ND loses to f'in Syracuse "Hey Lou, you still give Charlie an A?"

You can't hate Lou Holtz!!  He's like the grandfather at Thanksgiving who says things like, "I was at The Fairgrounds when the Carl Hubbell unveiled his famous screwball ..."

Just don't take him seriously and you'll find yourself getting some laughs out of it!

I remember watching that! That was great. I wanted May to say that is what we are supposed to do as analyst. Look up stats on teams and since all you do is praise a school that has not been any good in 20 years I will remain sharp on them. When is the last time they won a bowl game? 14 years or so.

I can't talk to much smack because my Michiagn team looks gawd awful right now.

lou holtz is totally awsome ,about a month a go he was talking about how Texas fans are the best fans in the country. He said they were orange all weekend long,Saturday rooting for the longhorn, sunday when the hunt all day , and all week long while they pick up trash along side the road. I actually started to cry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They only reason Lou Holtz hates Texas and rips on them regularly is because for a good chunk of his career, he was Texas' bitch.  He got beat on the field and on the recruiting trail regularly.  Maybe if he'd take Knute Rockne's cock out of his mouth we could understand what he was saying.  The need to make another one of those Ozzy Osborne cell phone commercials but use Dr. Lou instead.

IMo, he is the worst commentator ive ever heard in 37 yrs of wathcing sports, mostly because its so annoying listening to him choke on his dentures while trying to speak.

I used to hate Lou after he left Arkansas but I respect him as a coach.  He brought Arkansas to the big-time college football ranks (it has slipped some, admittedly).  I remember when he took Arkansas to the Orange Bowl to play Oklahoma who was a 16 point favorite.  Holtz suspended three (maybe two) players that had broken team rules and beat Oklahoma good anyway.  His voice is irritating, he always sounds as if his teeth are loose and he is a BIG ND HOMER.  But, since he is no longer coaching I like him better.  He is the ONLY coach that could put an official in a headlock during the game and not get penalized.  He was showing how the other team's player had his boy and put the official in a headlock!  I could not believe that he was not given a penalty.  His magic tricks are fun and he provides comic relief.  He needs to gargle with Southern Comfort before he broadcasts, it would help his voice.

He is bad but he can't be ranked ahead of Sterling Sharpe. Sound goes off when that idiot talks. Predicting ND to win 11 games though is grounds enough to never be allowed a prediction in public again though. See ya Weiss it's now or later and later aint that far away. Take your pick!!
