Browns should do exactly what the cowboys did. Spend years drafting o lineman and then let the other pieces fall into place (or look deep in the draft for a QB, like Ward! Not joking!).

Local radio/news say the Browns love Kizer from ND... the same ND that hasn't produced a successful QB since the early 80's and the local yokels want Trubisky from UNC because he grew up in NE Ohio. Neither is even close to being an NFL QB IMO.

now all the browns need to do is hire jeff fisher!! heard on colins show yesterday that bill bellichic could lose 108 straight games and still have a better win % than fisher... 108 say what?!?!

All those words go right out the window when all those Huston kids step foot in Vegas. 99% of them have never been to Vegas. And your going to tell 20-24 year old kids to keep discipline, SDSU on the other hand comes out to Vegas all the time

Claussen was just.....I never saw what they saw....never. Watched ND a lot that year and Kiper demanded he be a first rounder...

Totally agree.
SD State would not beat Louisville or Oklahoma.

Applewaite gonna be pumped to get off to good start moving from OC to HC.
Watched SD State lose to Wyoming and wow!
Not impressed. Overrated! At the time.
Despite running 2 kicks back for TDs (think it was 2 kicks but may have been 1 kick and 1 other runback, cant recall), they lost.
And this was to a team (Wyoming) that had given up like 69 points the week before (to New Mexico).
And SD State came in highly touted having won like 16 conference games in a row.
Boy they looked like crap as a 10 point losing favorite.

So I figure the next week at home they come ready to play. WRONG! Lose again think it was 63-31 to Colorado State.
EXPOSED AGAIN! Maybe even more so because Laramie is so tough and unique.

SD State isn't good

I bet Houston days ago at 4

You are not qualified to write anything of San Diego State football.

Take my advice, watch with a Budlight, and JAM on Appalachian....a superior pick in everyway, including profitability.

Scal is good at what he does...but 2 things he does not understand.....the Wyoming Cowboys (in laramie!!!!) and San Diego St..........

Bottom line....SDSU plays D...and that gives them a shot.....

Man that sucks about Chance Allen. Not just that they'll miss his production but more so that it indicates a lack of focus and commitment, which is what you worry about with the coach bailing.

Between that, the weather, Pumphrey being due a big game and having a ton of motivation, I'm getting nervous. Also slightly concerned that Houston is lacking motivation since they were probably hoping for a bigger bowl game considering how they were undefeated for a while. Thinking that perhaps the dog role vs a big school is a better moneymaker for this team.

Tempted to back out or reduce my wager, but I'm going to stick with it and hope for the best. Plenty of bowl games and I have another play tonight anyway.

Ah yes. That's why I took them in the rematch vs. Wyoming for the Conference championship (remember that pick? I didn't make it. Why? Because I learned my lesson the first time with SDSU in Laramie and even at that, Wyoming had to backdoor that number. Very tough game/ spread. I laid off for a reason. I wonder if I should never cap the bills too because they lost in a snowstorm.).

Maybe you still have the lampshade on your head at that party with a red drinking cup in your hand. Sounds like it because a cap of "SDSU plays D" isn't worth a hill of beans in a Mexican food market.
