WHAT'S UP FELLAS We are 69 days away from the start of the greatest sport in the world. Damn I love me some college football. Look forward to chatting with all you guys this season. Had a pretty good season over in the NHL forum so I am excited to talk football with everyone over here in the NCAA forums.
Big news in college football with the approval of the four team playoff. This sport has needed this for some time in my opinion. So I can't wait to see what this year has in store for us.
I just wanted to take a look at some of the future bets that stood out to me and discuss them before the season starts. I will post the ones tonight that I like and then come back tomorrow and do some write ups. Anyways I hope we all have a good season and hope to meet some new cappers on here as well.
ACC CHAMPIONCLEMSON +525
There is not many teams in this conference that I like. Florida State always seems to get a lot of love and then they never meet expectations. EJ Manual in my opinion is not that great of a QB and on top of that they never really seemed to click that well next year. VT is usually pretty good but again last year they look very dismal. On the other hand Clemson looked like they were a few games away from greatness. So much talent on offense and with Taj Boyd, Sammy Watkins and DeAndre Hopkins as wide outs. Could possibly be two of the best wide receivers in the country. My question with this team is on defense. They looked good beating VT twice last year, even though VT wasn't as good as they had been past years. Then they get SMOKED by WV. If they can tighten down on defense I think Clemson will win the ACC no problem with all that talent.
BIG TEN CHAMPIONWISCONSIN +250
I know they are not eligible to win the conference but I will say this first. I think Urban Meyer will have the Buckeyes rolling this season. It does no good as they can't compete for a conference championship BUT I say give it 2 or 3 years and the Buckeyes will be back in National Championship picture. Urban Meyer and his pull in Florida will have plenty of recruits finding there way up in Ohio State and he is an offensive genius. As we all know the Big Ten usually struggles against the SEC and I think he will bring a little taste of the SEC up to Big Ten country with his offense he likes to run.
Moving forward I really liked Wisconsin last year. Russell Wilson is one hell of a QB and I like the system they have working up in Madison. With the O Line and the running backs they have there look for them to pick up where they left off. Danny O'Brien is in no way a Russell Wilson BUT I think if he can be a game manager the Badgers will have another successful season. I know some people are showing love to Nebraska but I think Taylor Martinez is weak and he is not taking this team anywhere fast. Michigan might be a contender but I'll take Badgers over Michigan to win the conference.

LSU has way too many weapons. And OU is week on the O-Line with those injuries. Plus Jones chokes every season.
