just a coincidence....I don't think Al Groh can afford to get into a shootout with TT and I expect them to to keep it close and try and control the clock...also, high scoring passing teams off long layoffs tend to get out of rhythm a bit....Wisconsin's advantage is on their frontline and I think they will look to grind it out somewhat with their running game...also Tenn has a few skilled position players suspended which could take them slightly out of rhythm....Tenn also has good team speed which should neutralize any Wisky big plays..same dynamcis in the FLorida-Mich game...team speed plus strnegth...I just see it somewhat neutralizing each other a bit...all 3 totals are very high so there is a lot of room to work with...Happy New Year and GL

I think the OSU defense is a lot speedier than people think and will really neitralize LSU's offense. OSU will fire its best shot after being embarrassed in last year's national championship game and their offense is capable of making the big play. Boeckman is an excellent deep downfield passer and Wells can break the long one. I was very interested in seeing how dominant the SEC would be in certain bolw games and in my mind, they were not. I loved Georgia yesterday but that was because they were facing a tremendously overrated Hawaii team so I don't put any value in that. Florida was flat out beaten by Michigan. Michigan's Mike Hart fumbled twice inside the Florida 5 yard line and the beating should've been a lot worse. They were so much quicker than Michigan and quite honestly, there was no dount who the better team was. Tennessee wasn't overly impressive either. They got the win, but Wisconsin was banged up and the SEC runnerup didn't do a lot to differentiate itself from the 4th best team in the B10. Then there was Arkansas. They were flat out outclassed by Missouri and wer enever in the game....Kentucky wasn't overly impressive against an FSU team that suspended almost 33% of its team. To me, the SEC isn't so overpowerful this year and the Michigan game alone should prove that this Ohio State team, with the experience of last year, certainly should not have been such an underdog regardless of the game being played in New Orleans. Flynn will struggle at QB for LSU against this incredible defense and I think Ohio State can win the game in the trenches on both sides of the ball. In addition, I think Tressel is the better game coach for sure.
