Eagles are xhanging offensive AND defensive schemes under a new coach. Defense last year was not the stout variety usually seen for BC and I think playing a game is an advantage not a hindrance because they got an extra day off to compensate for the travel.
The offense should find this easier and DJ, as pedestrian as he is he did stomp BC when he was on Clemson and FSU while they will never be the juggernaut they were with Travis and those WRs this group should play better with a game under their belt, going up against a team that ranked 99th in TDs allowed last year. It's only a matter of time before transfers from Bama and LSU on the offense start paying dividends and I don't think that 2 weeks in a row 2 teams that sucked on defense last year and had new coordinators are gonna stuff FSU even with all these new faces these are veteran guys and now at home, they can hopefully do what they did last year and get a 3 TD lead, but not blow it this time.
I don't think they'll be in any mood to take the foot off the gas this game off that loss, which Norvell called sickening. And also that was out of character really considering the Noles led the nation in least 4th quarter points allowed.
BOB sucks anyway I want the team that played over the team that hasn't and is putting in new schemes both sides of the ball.
Sometimes I bet on a team a week too early then they cover next week.
