KOAJ - I know you are a big fan of the home dog in general and also this USF team.  They are beasts at home just like Cincy.  Man the Big East conference is loaded this year!  Even UCONN is 4-0 and 1-0 in conf. play!  The conf. is (I think) a lock for 5 bowl slots and if Louisville can find any kind of defense - 6.

BigEast, do you think USF +7 or USF +4 1st Half is safer?  WVU is a 2nd half team... they historically have a tendency to really pour it on in the 2nd half compared to the 1st.

 

Highside - I am not usually a big fan of 1st half bets. I'll hang tight with my USF play +7 for the full game.  I do expect USF to come out and play strong with a lot of emotion in the first half.

Agreed.  The Ville needs to find some answers on D and fast.  They lost 8 of their top 11 tacklers from last year.  Ouch!

Borntowin: I have stated before most plays are equal units.  I like USF just as much as I liked Boise St. last night.  Just because it is a Big East game does not mean it is a stronger play or more money.
 
1 unit play here like most of my plays.
 
Money management is sooooo important.

Are people forgetting that Marshall looked like God against WV right before getting handled by New Hampshire. Hell, Maryland had a good chance of winning their WV game after giving up a TD on the first offensive play.

Maryland sucks but the Maryland/WV was not a blowout, it was a battle.

WV came back on Marshall after losing the first half....just a thought.

I'll take SF +7  good call BE.

KOAJ - Very nice call.  USF was destined to win this one.  The bottom line is that they were tougher and more physical than WVU tonight.  That was the key and it was expected.  Better D at home will win more than it loses.
