WOW!!!  Impressive work!!!  I've been so busy I didn't even know what my record was!!!  Nevertheless, now you know why I hate keeping track of units.  You have the bookeeping job if you want it.



Every one of my regular bets this week were parlay fillers.  They were on Thursday night because I had a "Best Bet."  Usually the only time I bet regular bets individually is when I have no "Best Bet" on a weeknight.  Because I had a "Best Bet," they were parlay fillers.

On Thursday I put 5.5 units on my "Best Bet" which LOST, and took a shot at a 4-team parlay with my "Best Bet" and my 3 regular bets (LOSER).  So, I ended the night down 6.5 units.

On Saturday I had (2) 1-Unit 2-team parlays with the FIU/Maryland 1st half UNDER and Alabama -11.5 (1st half) (LOSS), and Temple/Notre Dame UNDER and Alabama -11.5 (1st half) (WIN).  I also had a straight bet on the Alabama 1st half for 5 units (WIN), and 20 units on the Alabama -20 (WIN).

Then - and I realize this doesn't count for record keeping purposes - because the Alabama 1st half wagers did not grade out in time, I was unable to bet the Washington State/Auburn 1st half UNDER, and ULL +23 (both LOSERS).  So I improvised and decided to go with LSU  (bought it down to -3), Texas (bought it down to -41.5), and the Wyoming/Nebraska OVER 65 in a 1-unit, 3-team parlay.  I backed off of the Georgia/Clemson (1st half UNDER).  Then of course I took my LSU "Best Bet" @ -4 for 5 units.  All of these late night bets were WINNERS.  Here's the ticket.

Also guys, I have much to report on the Alabama victory over Virginia Tech.  I will post a post-game write-up at some point in the next day or two.  I will simply reiterate here that the "Max Bet" in the Texas A&M game is still a full-throttle go.  Trust me when I tell you that you will lose money if you over-react to Alabama's poor offensive performance in the Tech game.

There will be A LOT of over reaction to A LOT of teams I'm sure. There always is. It's an easy trap to fall into lol.

No opinion yet on that game. But I have to ask Saban to see a professional hair stylist if he's gonna dye his hair. That was an obvious over the counter bottle job, and we'll likely see another color in Aggie Land. My HD tv catches these things.

You also need to send the Alabama punter a thank you card for his only tackle of the day that saved a TD==>and your 18 points.

I have been looking forward to betting this game for about 8-9 months now, with the intention on it being my biggest bet of the year probably. I look forward to seeing what you have to say about it my man

I watched the Alabama / VA-Tech game. It was the worst offensive performance that I have seen in a long time. This "Max Bet" of jimmy had to get extremely lucky to barely cover the spread.

It took a punt return TD, a pick-6, a kick off return TD and a lucky pass in the endzone. Could have gone either way.

I'll take it. Alabama -19 cleared a 4-teamer and 6-teamer for me :D

The game against A&M is a no-play for me. VA-Tech is absolute shit away from Blacksburg and yet their offense still almost outplayed Bama's O.

If you're not going to play Alabama, lay off the game.

Not gonna tell you what to do brotha, but you are severely lacking insight into the Virginia Tech game, and the upcoming TAMU game.  That is so because you did not understand what you were watching.  JWheels is a former football player, and I bet if he closely watched a replay of that game, he would pick up on it.  I was a little slow picking up on myself.  I didn't figure it out until the second half, and what I thought I saw was 100% confirmed by someone inside the organization today.

I have the game downloaded, so I'll pick it apart when I get some time, and follow-up with a written explanation.  Suffice to say that the Alabama/TAMU is going to be a blowout.  The only question will be who will profit, and by how much will they profit.

I think Alabama is projected to be an 8.5 point favorite. I'd rather play the over than a side, A&M will score theirs.

Jimmy looking forward to your post game report on the Alabama game.
I am a novice to NCAAF but I was a bit unsettled by their as I was for straight out dominance; I expect that to happen against Manziel and his friends.
