BOL Brother ...Hope the Horned Frogs Mash
TCU if Motivated is the #1 or 2# Team in the Country ...Been saying it for 2+ Months now
They should have Played Bama for the Title, or Florida ....
The BCS Jerks Did NOT Want Both Boise ST and TCU to go Undefeated

"You give a team like Boise months to prepare, there’s no telling what they’ll wind up with game-plan-wise," Bumpas said. "So, consequently, we have to work on a variety of different things just to ensure that we have all bases covered, and there’s no guarantee that we’ll have that." TCU's Densive Coordinator
"When I go back and watch TCU’s defense and even their offense, it just goes back to fundamental football. You don’t have to have all these smoke and mirrors. I guess I shouldn’t say that, because that’s kind of what we’re all about." Boise State head coach Chris Petersen
As a Boise homer, TCU scares the livin' shat out of me. But anything can happen. "That's why they play the game."
That said I'll take the points. But the reason for the above quotes is that I feel if Boise is to be in this game, they have to come out smokin'. Hense, I would be wary of the first half points for TCU. Also I agree that Boise's defense is their big weakness. However, Last year the Broncos entire defensive line was injured and out for the TCU game. Making their weaker than last year defense, stronger for this game, than last yeras.
Also Peterson said Pettis will play, and their other downfield WR Shoemaker is back healthy. This should allow Boise to streach the field, and open up the shorter passes for Titus Young

True enough. And Sports Illustrated Mag. in an article about Crissie and Ian Johnson, declared the 07 Fiesta Bowl "The Best College Football Game Ever Played." I don't know about that, but it was a shootout.

I don't disagree about the smoke and mirrors, my reference was to the opening of the game. Boise will come out with a bag of tricks. (thus my warning about the first half bets). If TCU's defense is who everybody thinks it is, then they should adjust. If they don't and are behind by the middle of the 3rd Qtr. they are toast.

TCU should have Played Bama for the Championship .
But Fine ... Since Bama Had to play Texas ...for the NC
TCU should Have Played Florida instead of Gators vs Cincinnati.....

TCU ROLLS. Just give us a playoff system. The favorites this year didn't give a rats ass about going to a Bowl. Am i wrong???

In all honesty I felt TCU and Boise state were playing at the same level all year. They both are the class of their conference and they both have comparable talent.
Boise St had TCU beat in last year's bowl game but choked in the 4th qtr. The difference with this year's teams is that TCU offense is a little better and Boise's Kellen Moore is not a freshman anymore.
TCU is not going to lay a whooping on Boise State. The only teams that blow out Boise State are those that catch them on the road at the beginning of the year. TCU better be thinking about just winning the game instead of trying to run up the score to impress AP voters. If not then they will lose straight up.
I'm taking the points
Boise 7.5
