Not even close - those who think so are misguided. Every single pro player was a stud in college. Every single one of them. Yes some colleges run similar schemes to what the pros use but they are still running those schemes with inferior talent when compared to NFL teams. No need to ramble on- it would not be close. Dumb question actually.

The NFL champ played College ALL STARS, many of whom went into the pro's, so I'm sure they were better than an LSU or Bama who may send 5 or 6 into the pros's

any nfl team would beat bama by at least 50, if you got the best player at each position in college and put em up against the worst at each position in the nfl, they would still lose, anyone who thinks a college team could beat or come close to beating a pro team should quit betting for good, that goes for other sports as wwll

correct answer.....to COULD they?.....sure
      *because the NFL team would not give a rat's ass about the game....> tough one to handicap

to SHOULD they?........NO

these 2 college teams are bad examples here because they can't throw (well)....and run an offense NFL team's are used to seeing

gimme a team like Oregon....or (maybe) Ga Tech...(an offense they're not used to seeing)...it might be interesting vs a very weak NFL D....

this game was played for 40 years or so.....ending around 1977 ....NFL champ vs college all stars..
college guys won 9 or 10 times.....also called the Chicago All Star Game
