Like you wouldn't run Todd Boeckman out of Columbus if you had the chance to have Tebow as your QB. ![]()

Then lets say your RB is Herchel Walker. . . or Emmitt Smith. . . or Bo Jackson. . . why didn't they get more TD's rushing than Tebow did? Why didn't Michael Vick? Charlie Ward?
Nothing is misleading about his numbers. He's a freak.

No one is splitting hairs about Tebow but stop putting on blinders and look at what he accomplished. FLORIDA HAS NO RUNNING BACK.
It is retarded for people to say that Tebow is some "God" because of all the TDs he had this year. The fact is they had no running back so Tebow was their running back along with being QB. So what he had 25 rushing TDs that is because of the no running back factor. If Tebow was so great, along with the Florida team, they would be playing for the national championship.
You could argue that Florida's "RB" is the reason they lost two of the three games for fumbling at key moments in the game, or deep in opponent territory. I find it hard to blame Tebow's play for any of them. As far as I'm concerned, he's been pretty damn consistent all year.
He can't play defense. Wasn't his fault UGA put up 42, or LSU converted 5 - 4th downs.
In the games they lost you can see how beat down and tired Tebow got because of having no running back. Can anyone imagine the # of TDs and stats Pat White could have put up if there was no Slaton or Noel Devine???
Pat White wouldn't have done NEARLY as good if it wasn't for Slaton and Devine. Pat White scores because people have to focus on Devine and Slaton as the other options. He doesn't pass that much, and how many times this year have we seen him injured, or fumble and let the other team back in the game? Pat White may beat Tebow in a 40yd dash, but there's no way I'd take him over Tebow when it comes down to running an offense, especially one without a RB like Florida has now. Pat White wins because of all the options around him, Tebow wins despite the fact that there's not much help in the backfield.
He would have probably had less rushing TD's, no doubt. I don't think it would hurt his passing stats however, would have probably helped.
It will be interesting if Tebow stays all 4 years since he has shown to be quite dedicated to 1) Religion; 2) Family; 3) Education; and lastly 4) Football. He has already shown how important the first 2 are to him and if he ranks education above football then I see it as a possibility he stays. He's a unique athlete but I do not see him having much success in the NFL as a QB. He might be better off switching to Tight End in the NFL.![]()
He'll stay all four years, especially if he doesn't win the NC next year. As far as his success in the NFL, who knows? It all depends on what team he goes to, and what they try to do with him.

Maybe if you ask him nicely, He will let you see his national championship ring.

Although I despise the guy, I'd much rather have him than Boeckman. Did you read the title to the thread before you wrote that though or no?
