Colorado 9 point favorites on the road!? Am I shrooming?

Cody Hawkins is not a Division 1 QB.  You bring up the fact that he beat OU and WVU before.  That was 2 and 3 years ago respectively.

He has regressed from those days w/o a doubt.

The line has already moved down to 8 1/2. 

The sharps are loading large on this play.  Look for this line to move lower and lower as we get closer to Saturday.

Also, in the game when CU beat WVU, let's remember the guy who actually carried the Buffs to that victory. Rodney Stewart!

Nobody is saying Cody doesn't care or try.  I'm the first to admit that the dude wants to win and gets back up after every brutal hit he takes.

But the fact of the matter is that he has no business playing QB in the BIGXII.  Joel Klatt was a far superior player IMO.

Great call last week against Oklahoma. Dan Hawkins looks even more lost than his players at times, it's incredible he's still employed. KU to the mother effin bank! All DAY!

OK, so you think the "sharps" have moved the line a grand total of a 1/2 point in 2 days and they are "unloading" on it??  Wow, I have nothing else to say on this, LOL

I actually like Colorado in this spot. CU is still mathematically eligible for a bowl game, and this game is an absolute must win for CU. I'm not saying they are going to go to a bowl game, but they are still eligible.

Every week since the Mizzou loss, the Buffs have dealt with the coaching change rumors. They played well enough to beat Texas Tech and Baylor, but came up short. As strange as it sounds, I think Cody being in at QB gives this team a better chance on the road. He stinks as an athlete, but he comprehends the offense. CU has actually played decently with him at QB. He will make his mistakes like any QB, but I've liked his decision making this year.

If you look at KU, they have been getting absolutely blasted up and down the last couple of weeks. They caught Iowa State patting themselves on the back last weekend, but for the most part, this is a team that has packed it in. They have no shot at a bowl game, and that normally means a team can't get the season over soon enough.

I was shocked to see the line this high. We are all seeing the same stats about CU's problems on the road. Both of these teams have packed it in to a certain extent, but CU still has something to play for. Also, the coach's son is at QB, so you know he will be playing his ass off. I'll take my chances with the Buffs.

Hawk should have been fired last year before the Nebraska game.  The adminishtration at CU is gutless.

They need to fire him now in order to save the recruiting class.

CU and Dan Hawkins do not know how to win on the road.  It's that simple.

Please remember where this write up is coming from.  I am a CU graduate and still a season ticket holder even though I live in CA. Dan Hawkins has ripped my heart out over and over again and I just have 0 faith in this team.

Am I lucky that I covered? I don't know. CU gave up 35 unanswered in the 4th but I do believe there was a reason for that....Cody and Dan!

I didnt bet the game this past week. But I like the Buffs this week. Also reports are Hawkins will finish the season out. Im hoping for a 6-6 finish. Really hoped to see a bowl this year.
