Well a nice win lastnite with iowa as georgia tech never really had a chance as the hawkeyes defense just took apart the triple opition.....

Troy vs C.Michigan
Well i have loved all the talk about how the mac is 0-4 in this years bowl games but the fact is C.mich was head and shoulders above anyone in the mac as no one was within single digits against them all season and they did beat michigan st and lost by 13 at arizona while troy on the otther hand lost by 50 to flordia and 36 to arkansas and 17 to bowling green who C.michigan by the way defeated bowling green by 14.......Also the sunbelt was a really weak conference this year as only 2 teams were above .500.............Then you have Qb lefevour who i love by the way and you will see this kid at the next level on sunday aftternoons next year going up against the ranked #116 pass defense out of 120 division 1 schools.......He wants to finish his college career with a win ttonite and i believe he is the one big difference in tonites game!!!!!!!!

TEXAS VS ALABAMA
Well a couple of things first lets look at the defenses both are in the top 5 but bama completely shutdown the gators offense which ranks #7 while texas allowed 39 points to a&m who ranks #6 and i do believe the sec is better than the big 12 and i think texas defense is overrated for the mere fact that texas was a 20+ favorite in 9 games this season while bama only twice was a 20+ point favorite......Then there was the 2 bowl games played so far where the sec got the better of the big 12 as georgia beat a&m 44-20 and ole miss beat olkahoma st. 21-7.........Also what bugs me about texas and Qb mccoy is seems that he really struggles verus real good defenses against nebraska they had just 202 yards of offense and got lucky in the end to win and earlier in the season against ou they had just 269 yards of offense and escaped with a 16-13 win after ou lost there starting Qb bradford.........When i watch that big12 championship game and the way nebraska's defense just shutdown that texas offense and see that longhorns team not play disipline football and then think if nebraska would have had any kind of offense then that game would not have been close now they face bama who has a defense as good if not better than nebraska and has and offense to go along with it..............Just do not have faith in texas verus big time defenses and who have a offense to back it up and coach saban will have his team prepared after last season's sugar bowl loss to utah!!!!!!

Lastnite we had a winning nite but it would have been a whole lot better had we bought the .5pt on C.Michigan so i learned a lesson there.....
