Rolling along here. Looking at these this week:
5 Units WMU +4
5 Units WMU +3.5
5 Units WMU ML +130
If you have read my previous post this week, you know I love this one. They win this outright. Minny is favored on conference and name recognition alone. I have the better QB and a team with a chance to prove themselves against a larger conference. They come in with nothing to lose and are a dangerous team for Minnesota.
10 Units FSU -26.5
Again, no surprise here. Hit Wake for the SU win as an underdog last week. This is the week they let down a bit and FSU puts the foot to the pedal. FSU is going to make this one ugly and I dont think there is much Wake can do about it. Love Grobe, but this isnt the best matchup for him. They are running into a buzzsaw.
10 Units Pitt +11
Another play I posted earlier. Think they have a great chance to take this game outright. You are never as good or as bad as your last outing. This team is in a make-or-break game for their season. They are at home, they have a big opponent coming into town. If you dont get up for this, I dont know what you can.
10 Units UNC +3
Bridgewater is for real, but I think the short line tells you something here. UNC should be able to move the ball a bit, but I think their defense steps up here after a really poor showing last week. Just playing a hunch here.
10 Units Marshall +6.5
One of the best Marshall squads in years. They get an opponent riding high after a hell of a start to the year coming into town. Another spot where the home team should be up to the occasion and I think its all too valuable in college football. Give me the intangibles every time.
10 Units Western Kentucky +7
Hilltoppers have really turned a corner the last few years. Great chance to beat up big brother here.
10 Units Auburn -16.5
Just fading ULM after they just killed bin laden.
