Easy winner last night with the Hokies as they should have won it outright. Beamer continues to baffle me with his coaching.
Saturday:
WISCONSIN - 6 1/2 Wisky usually beats up on Indy and should be able to do it once again although Indy is improving. Wisky has covered 5 of the last 6 against them including two straight beatdowns by an average of 57 ppg.
VIRGINIA E Virginia hadn't covered a game all year and some how beat the hell out of NC State last week by 4 Td's as a 10 point dog. Not sure what to make of that but what I am sure of is I have a home team with the better offense and the better defense and I get to play them without laying a point.
TCU +7 I'm still not sold on this KState team. Not nearly enough to lay 7 on the road especially with the status of Klein being unknown. My gut says he'll play but if he don't TCU will win this one straight up from what I saw of the back up last week.I went back 4 years and couldn't find TCU as a home dog in any game which isn't suprising as they played Wac.Patterson though has always faired well against mobile QB's and should be playing ball control and conservative on offense to keep his team in it. Slight lean towards the under here as well and may come back and play it.
NORTHWESTERN +10 This team is on fire. They've covered every single game except one and are on the road against Big Blue where the road team has covered 4 of the last 5 between these two.I think DRob will play in this one and will wait to get the best possible number.
ALABAMA - 13 1/2 I'm very hesitant here but I think this is unchartered territory for A&M and will look to take advantage. I was all over LSU last week as the big dog covered easily against the highly touted Tide. This week I'm going to get on their back and see what they can show me. I need to see a dominate performance to even start thinking about the Tide as championship contenders. Their schedule has been weak but started to strengthen up last week against LSU and again this week against the 7-2 Aggies The real deciding factor for me was knowing the Aggies have covered just 2 of the last 12 against SEC opponents. So come on Nick get me to the pay window and get me to believing.

Good luck TREE.
With ya on Alabama. I initially had A&M...I couldn't get the idea of an Alabama letdown (as evidenced by McCarron's bawling act on the sideline) out of my head. But...A&M's gonna take a freshman QB in there and compete? Alabama letdown or no, I the kid's in for a shit day.
TCU - not a bad week to go against the Cats if you're gonna do it (no way am I gonna do it). Klein will definitely play....but will Snyder pull him asap? Biggest home game for TCU since when? Could be the highest ranked opponent in that joint ever...or not...whatever the case, big game for the Frogs.
Thinking about adding Northwestern.

BOL buddy! I'm liking Bama and the Under on that one, also Nwstrn and picking Rutgers and NC State. Think my Horns win big on an emotional day here tomorrow.
Sure wish I could get my 88 avatar back too!
