***I realize that folks who visit this forum define credibility by who has posted the most and who wins based on their posted picks. I can respect that, so I decided that instead of only using all the great information available to forum members; I will try to contribute "valuable" information wherever possible.
This all being said, I spoke with a good friend of mine who was actually the MVP of the Humanitarian Bowl a few years back for Boise State. As you can imagine, he is still quite a presence with the Boise State Football program. I talked to him this morning and grilled him about the flu and likelihood of it impacting viable starters for Boise State tonight vs. Tulsa. He explained that he was at two practices this week. Several players (of which 2 starters) missed one day of practice and no one is expected to miss the game or not suit up. In short, it appears that there is a flu present in the clubhouse but it does not appear this will impact any key players or starters. Take it for what it's worth. I am on Boise -8.5 big.
