To Get rid of all the coaches they have in the fucking league.
 
Joe Pa. Game has passed you by a long time ago. You have one season and they extend you.
 
The Vest- You are the most conservative coach in the league and you are supposed to have the most talent in the Big Ten.
 
Rich Rod- If you system doesent win you 8 games next year. You should be fired.
 
Ron Zook- Good Recruiter. Terrible Coach.
 
Joe Tiller- Been long overdue for you to go.
 
Bill Lynch- Indiana will always be bad. So Don't worry about it.
 
Tim Brewster- Minnesota is usually a joke.
 
Mark D'anotny- You are actually a good coach. But your coaching the wrong Michigan Team.
 
Kirk Farenz- You are going back to the NFL and you are the best coach in the Big Ten
 
Brent Biliema- Wisky always supposedly is a good team but always ends up 7-5, 8-4. You will never win anything anyway.
 
Pat Fitzgerald- You have Northwestern. You have the fire and Passion to win but you have Northwestern Which is usually going to be bad.

How about pro style offenses with QB's who can play at a high level?

Other then USC name one school that actually does this? Everybody in college runs the spread or focuses on the run. Not to many teams are balanced anymore. It's all about systems.

True.

It's all cyclical.  The Big 10 is down now, but it has produced many great teams, including Ohio St.'s NC team from 2002.  Look at the Pac-10 ... USC was mediocre in the 90's, while Washington and Washington St. were going to Rose Bowls.

Did you know that Michigan is 23-5-1 against the SEC?
 
I find that to be amazing. 5-1 against them since 1999.
