Penn State has won and covered 4 of their last 5 home openers. This offense is loaded with Clark and Royster and will score at will vs. the Zips.  The Zips have lost their star running back (Dennis Kennedy - 1363 yards and 17 TDs) so it is unlikely they can establish a running game and going one dimensional vs. Joe Pa will be a disaster for Akron. Penn State linebackers look very solid once again this year and Joe Pa always builds a great D.

While I agree with the play, Akron lost Kennedy at RB, but if you recall Alex Allen (who was the starter ahead of Kennedy) is back this year after an injury put him out in the 3rd game last year.  Akron will have a better run game this year and will be able to establish a run game here (just not a great pass game).

Good luck, BEE.  I jumped on this as my first bet of the season.  I will follow your plays this year, don't have time to handicap right now.  Maybe later I will pick some SEC games later, for sure.

I don't think Penn St. will show much the first game of the season.  I think they will play relatively conservative since they have a cupcake schedule the first few weeks of the season.  No need for them to break out the big guns or open up the playbook.  Akron will see many runs up the middle as clock keeps ticking away the whole game.   I see more of a 34-10 ball game.

I've heard nothing, he was injured last year during the Rose Bowl, but that's it.
 
On another note, Tebow was arrested for DUI late last night....but, I'm not 'positive'
