Nice to see someone on Kentucky....I had houston against ok st what a great bet....I like them here as well, but their defense is suspect and leach is a genius...tough game, but ya home team or no play...gluck you look like a talented surfer

agree with you on houston -1,texas tech coming off an emotional game with texas, be careful with nevada the best game to fade them will be against unlv, i live in reno and will be all over the rebels.

Uconn34- I see a lot of people on Tech already. I am glad to see someone else on Houston.  Normally I think Tech wins this match-up 8 out of 10 times. However Houston has a special team this year. I think Keenum and company are getting Tech at the right time and the right year at home. Hey all they have to do is win the game right?

jtisc01- What does the local Reno paper say about this Nevada team? They have been horrible at best the first two games.

everyone in town believes the game has passed chris ault by, the overall talent level is there with an experienced o-line back and 2 1000 yd backs, the d-coordinator is a rising star. chris ault lost 3 games for us last year alone with questionable late game decisions. be careful of a back door cover against mizzou this week, the game will be close to a sellout and the paper is calling for a whiteout with a 6pm friday night start. Prior to this yr Nev. was 9-3 ats past 12 sept. home games. Gun to my head I'm with you on Mizzou, cause Nev. biggest game of the yr is next week. but will lay off, due to all the pressure to win for coach ault.

Like Houston as well as Washington, but whats your reasoning on UGA? Arizona State, statistically, has one of the top defenses in the nation.

I like Georgia because if you look at their schedule so far they have played 3 tough games. The lost a tough road opener to Oklahoma St. 10-24 and had a difficult time putting up points. However since then they have scored 41 against S. Carolina and 52 against Arkansas. Their offense has gotten better each week and I like the fact that they can score points, even though their defense is a little suspect.

Arizona on the other hand has played 2 cupcakes and will now face bigger faster athletes in a hostile SEC venue. Georgia beat them last year in Tempe 27-10 as 7pt road favorites. ASU is not a very good underdog team going 1-8 ATS their last 9. Arizona St. will not be able to score enough points to stay within the number IMO. GL brother

I don't like Va Tech against other good squads and betting against Florida is scary but you probably have yourself a 5-1 or 4-2 card there, best of luck and nice record so far

might tail you on washington...i had them last week as i love big dogs in conference games..hence my Kentucky play this week....And ya about WAS potentially goin great ATS, my strategy this year is just follow teams that are covering, whethere\ i bet them or not i just keep trackin their ATS, once they go below 500 i wont bet them again for some time... which breaks it down for me....i have hit boise and neb the past 2 weeks with this breakdown type approach.....i do like boise this week to keep covering, but really dont know nething about their opponenet...anyways gluck, you have present day insight and thats alot of what betting is about

Thanks WahooS! I really hope this will be the week. It seems as though a lot of us are right around .500 or just slightly above.  We all need the break out weekend.

I dont know if you say my post on your thread about Illinois?What are your thoughts on that game? I was disgusted with their performance against Missouri. However I know they play Ohio St tough, an OSU has a propensity to not cover at home. What do you think? I know you have it as a play. I would love to hear your thoughts on that match up.

like the Houston pick... probably not gonna be a popular one, but i see no reason they don't the same thing to Tech they did to Ok St... like Purdue, too...
 
definitely don't agree with Kentucky, but you never know... Florida could beat them by 30+ pretty easily...

ICE - yeh I know Kentucky is not a popular pick. If Florida really wants to pound Kentucky they can obviosly do it. However I am thinking they will probably cruise through this game and Kentucky will play hard at home. Plus if Florida jumps on them early there is always a ggod shot at the backdoor cover. Plus Florida is supposedly having a rough time with the flu so that will be in Kentucky's favor.
