Advice, I am a fitness freak- go to vitamin shoppe or I think CVS/ Rite aid carries a product called Oscillococcinum, take every 4 hours and you can thank me later...

yes, It is all natural pellets you put under your tongue. I have been sick as a dog before, took every 4 hours, next day felt like a new man..
