zona/tech betting concept

typically if im taking a dog on the spread, i have to have some logic that they can win the game...i dont watch much college basketball but reading through everything and coming off a loss i don't see a gameflow where tech wins this game. 

convince me of +8.5?

Peat is done for the day after sustaining a quadriceps injury. He is averaging 14.3 points, 5.6 rebounds and 2.6 assists 24 games, and his next chance to play is Wednesday's matchup versus BYU.
