Just saw the UNC ML went from -120

to +115. Any reason?

I think Vegas is betting that Vesaar will be out for UNC, he is listed as questionable.  2nd leading scorer and rebounder.  Caleb Wilson is definitely out for the Heels and that was already baked into the spread.
