1* 167-160
2* 29-31
3* 7-8
4* 1-1
5* 1-1
I went 10-5 yesterday, but can't get over the Prov/Butler game going over. Even had it ended in OT it still would have stayed under. FUCKKK!
1* New Haven Chargers +10.5
Taking a flyer here. Rod Strickland is the coach of LIU, but earlier this week, he had his number retired by his alma mater, DePaul, so he spent the last day or two dicking around his old stomping grounds with the boys. While the coach is away, the boys will play...or something like that. I don't think LIU has any sort of focus tonight, they probably practiced like shit the last two days. I'm gonna play New Haven 1st half ML for a sprinkle.
1* UNC Wilmington Seahawks -4.5
Wilmington has one loss on the year in conference play, and it's to this Tribe squad, just two weeks ago. That was the start of a three game road trip, that ended with wins over Hampton, and Towson. Now they come home, with nearly immediate revenge on their mind, in a building that can be a tough one to play in for opponents. Yes, they have a showdown with Charleston on deck, but I think they want to punch Bill and Mary back first.
1* North Carolina A&T Aggies +11.5
Charleston DOES have something to look forward to in the previous mentioned showdown for first place with UNC Wilmington looming on Monday. And the Aggies have been very competitive lately. Losing by one at Drexel, in OT by 2 @ Monmouth, and by a combined 8 to Hofstra and Towson, all in their last four. Coach Ross has his guys playing hard still, and I think we see it again tonight, with a chance to knock off a sleepy giant.
1* Elon Phoenix -1.5
Elon can score in bunches, and has the second most efficient offense in the Coastal. They are coming off a loss at home to an inferior Stony Brook team, so that can't be sitting well. Hampton doesn't have the offense to score with Elon, and they don't have the defense to keep Elon from getting what they want, when they want it. Now that I really think about it, this looks like a trap that I'm about ready to fall into.
1* Rider/Marist Under 135.5
Rider is coming off a huge win vs St Pete, so regression is expected, certainly from the offense who shot 60% from 3. Couple that with Marists defense, who is coming off a game in which they held Niagara to 46 points on their own floor, and I don't think this game gets to 130. This has 70-57, or something right in that spot, written all over it for me.
Headed to Kiawah Island for a golf tournament this weekend. Hopefully I'll get internet on the plane and can finish up there. If not, GL everyone.
