Nova bet looks toast, MD and Iowa State still in it.

Nova -9.5  2nd half  1 unit.  They only need to win by 2.  I'll be shocked if Nova throws away a high seed here.

That Nova loss proved two things - be careful in the conference tournaments and dont step away from your game.

What would have been a 1 unit loss with Nova not covering is now a 3 unit loss by chasing.

Iowa State comes through for the early game to offset Maryland.

Fridays games:

Virginia -6.5  2 units.  Smashy smashy.  Nothing about the Seminoles says they will keep up.

Michigan -7  1 unit.  Michigan also on a tear lately.  Match-up well.

North Carolina PK  1 unit.  Save the losee at Duke, Tar Heels have been on fire

Kansas -4.  1 unit.  OK, you've converted a non believer.

Going to add Nebraska for sure.  Hope to get more points in the AM

10-6 today with one of those COMPLETELY avoidable.  Unnecessary 2 unit play chasing 2nd half.  Texas kept me afloat though.  +3.2 units

True.  ESPN had graphic that said #1 seeds rarely are one and done so it wasnt as bad a bet as I was beating myself up for.  Still, Cmon Nova...

Adding:

Nebraska +6.  1 unit.  Nebraska still bubble-ish and Ive yet to be impressed with Ohio State

UCONN under 120.5  1 unit.  Grinder.

Creighton -5.5  1 unit.  McDermott should go wild.  Xavier barely got through.

Texas ML +110.  1 unit.  Baylors mini run ends here.  Texas won both regular season contests.

UCLA -3.5  2 units.  Cardinal shouldnt get a repeat of their home game.  Crowd in LV seems to be very pro UCLA (thanks Angelenos)

UC Irvine -7  1 unit.  Poly shouldnt have beat UCSB and they definitely wont beat Irvine.  got pounded the two regular season meetings.

Maybe more later.

San Diego State -4?  4 units.  I get that the game is in LV but SDSU just destroyed Utah State with minimal effort while UNLV struggled with a star-less Wyoming team.  Should be like the Texas game.

UCLA now -2.5.  This has killed me before but 2 more units.  If I win both, its a 4 unit win, 4 unit loss or if it somehow lands on the 3 a 2 unit win and loss.  Stanford cant shoot the lights out like it at home vs UCLA.

UMASS -1  2 units.  UMASS owned GW in both regular season games.  No different here.

Sat picks:

Florida -5  4 units.  Tennessee got slaughtered twice during the regular season.  Don't see how they stay within 5 here.

Michigan -2  2 units.  Ohio State should have lost to Nebraska.  Michigan wont collapse like that.

Virginia -3.5  1 unit.  Pitt looked good but Virginia took one on the road, will take the neutral court game too..

Good work uclalumnus! I didn't get your updated plays. I had SD St and Ucla on my own but if I knew you had 4 unit's on em would have added more. But a plus on the day is what counts. Let's close out the weekend strong. GL uclalumnus.

Finally lines out.

Wisconsin PK  1 unit.  Spartans look shaky lately.  They get up for big games but on the flipside, save the misstep in Nebraska, Badgers rolling.

Providence +7.5  1 unit.  Friars should keep it close.  Cant see Creighton running away with it.

Idaho +10.5  1 unit.  Too many points.  Idaho can somehow smell dance with a win here.

CSUN +3???  1 unit.  Not only has CSUN been playing well back into the regular season if you look a little deeper, they need to win to prevent a 12-19 abomination from entering the tournament.

SDSU -1.5  2 units.  The tough challenge was UNLV in Vegas.

UCLA +5.5  1 unit.  Tough the fade the Bruins after the last two games.  Both teams are feeling it but I think UCLA at its best is better than AZ at its.

Duke under 144.5  1 unit.  Line seems really high for what should be a slower tempo.
