Watched this... guy hits a meaningless '3' at the buzzer, but there was ".1" and Iona fans/players went onto the court. Tech was called. Apparently double technical, because the guy shot 2 FT and not 1?

AND GUESS WHO HAD IONA....I FUKCING CANT WIN WITH THIS TEAM...I SWEAR I HAVE NOT ONE ALL YEAR BETTING THESE BASTARDS...

if the refs fixed it , then it just means they got paid to TRY to make sure of a dog cover or that they bet it themselves. doesnt mean it will always work, but in this case they saw an opportunity to still get the cover so called the tech. it isnt like the players and everyone are all in on a scripted game, thus the player hitting that 3 is meaningless in the fix question. just lucky that they still had a chance to cover.

Of course I had Iona -4... lost 2x betting against them in this tournament... and lose taking them like that? Hard to believe

I understand but the only chance the refs had to "fix" it was if the 3 dropped..I'm sure nobody thought it was fixed when they called the T on manhattan coach

Stein totally different scenario. If a coach is out of line they get tech. Game was over .1 left iona ball theres no reason ever to all tech. Refs saw oppurtunity and took it

I agree there is opportunity but if it truly is "fixed" they would not be in that spot to begin with.Refs would not have to get lucky to have a chance to change the betting outcome they would have already decided it. It's one of the worst beats I have ever seen,if not the worst, but the whole fixed thing is too far fetched for me to believe in that spot

I did not bet this game and glad i did not. Yes it was rigged. So people who had Manhattan will say it was not rigged. Iona backers say its rigged. I think you people know its all business.

Now that one hurts. I had no action here but this one hurt I know.

Last time I looked was Iona spread and Manhattan money line favored! Too coincidental for Vegas all the time.
