Watching the game between Pitt and West Virginia

This is what I have assesed WVU is a very tall team that rebounds the ball well. Shoots the 3 very well. They will play zone but primarely play man. Did not see anybody able to break down another teams D they look like they really have to rely on each other to get good shots.

Pitt is very fast. Played a lot of zone in the game. I like their guards was not really impressed with their big men.

Maryland at Duke&#xD;&#xA;I believe putting their 7&#x27;1&#x27;&#x27; center in has put them in contentions for a final 4 type team.  Scherer is a great player with his 20 pts and 5 assists a game.  They will need one more go to player but they compensate that with a lot of good players.  It seems like this is coach Ks deepest bench he has had in years.  they also play great help side D.&#xD;&#xA;Maryland looked like they came out big eyed the first moments of the game.  They have 3 guys that can score on a consistent base vasquez, williams,  Tucker.  Will press you.

kansas at Texas A&amp;M&#xD;&#xA;Texas a&amp;m is a well coached team with seasoned players.  Their man strength is the have a big frontline that the guards feed the ball to on a consistent basses.  You can honestly say they are an inside outside team. they do have a turnover problem and do not shoot great from 3 point line and our avg FT shooters.&#xD;&#xA;Kansas has an all around team they can score from the inside and the outside and that sometimes hurts the flow of your team because everyone has not decided what their role is. Their bench is deep.  Terrible FT shooting team good at shooting the 3 but will let a team shoot 40% from 3.

Florida at GeorgiaAll Georgia does is cover the spread.  I think they are able to do this because of good defense that they change up a lot and the second leading scorer in Thompkins (SEC).Florida has all the eliments of a good team they have a team that plays good D. will press you.  Have a freshman point guard that looks like he will be a good player, have good shooters, and a big man.  Did not see a deep bench.

BYU is a legit top 20 team because of their ability to score with their guards The remind me of villanova 1b team they just dont have as much experience together as villanova does together. They have one of the best FT% team. They dont rely on their big men to score but they do know how to score. Their weakness is their big men defense they will get in foul trouble on d it is not that can not guard big men they just get a lot of fouls called on them. Their bench is the depest I have ever seen at Byu. Each bench player has either started or could start. This is the Main reason why I believe they will win the MWC tournament in Vegas. 3 games in 3 nights got to love Byu.

Vanderbilt as I compared teams in the last write up I compare this team to west virginia. they look as if there size is exactly like west virginia and rebound and make 3s just like them. looks as if they could have problems against a quick guards and a fast pace team.

Baylor is your syracuse of the west. They play a zone just like syracuse but can not extend the offense as well as the orangemen but the score a lot of points of fast breaks from miss shots. Dunn is 3 point shooter and scorer. Got scores in carter, udah. Any team that can crash the boards and shoot a good 3% can blow this team out.

Richmond at XavierThis was a hard game to watch offensively neither team could get into a flow.  Both teams are physical they will body you on every play.  Richmond plays a 3 2 zone that will rotate into a man they switch a lot so you can get easy miss matches but a lot of players and teams dont know how to play against smaller players or bigger players nor do they know what to do as a team and they tend to get frantic. They are small team who give up a lot of offensive rebounds.  David&#xD;&#xA; Gonzalvez has a sweat stroke.Xavier played a  2 3 zone defense.  Crawford is a miss match to a lot of teams.  turned the ball over a lot.  Holloway is a baller.  looked like a good team other then they turn the ball over a lot.

Dayton is a very deep team. They play a up pace game but play in your face d so their games dont score. was not impressed with this team other then warren who looks like he is in every play. IF the make it to the dance and get past the 1st round I see them knocking off a team that is not use to a team like this. It is hard to watch the altantic 10 they have super athletes but man these teams miss a lot of open shots and turnover the ball to much.

Gonzaga vs St. MaryZags have a lot of offense.  Which means they have options from all of their players and they have guys who can put the ball on the floor.  2 giants who can body you and one that is pretty mobile.St. Mary plays really good defense which gives you a good chance to win when you have a good big man who can score and that is what they have. But they turn the ball over a lot.

william &amp; mary vs. Old DominionWilliam &amp; Mary play a princeton offense and they really have to be precise because they are really undersized.  they do a good job of team rebounding all 5 guys go to the board because they have to.  good guard in schninder.Old Dominion is a very lanky team who will out rebound you and usually good rebounding team tells you they are a good defensive team.  they have a dominate player who is huge in his league in Gerald Lee.

match up between st mary vs. nova has it looking like nova -5.  Nova has the guards to totally exploit st mary on the perimetor and the length to guard st mary big men at least not allow them to shoot 70% like the did against richmond this is a big rebound win against a slow st mary team.
