need more opinions on these games as im leaning on these teams woff +6.5 over s.c.  zona +2.5 over byu the total on the kentucky and indiana game to go over the 140. any thoughts

Mike...my numbers have the following on those games.

Pitt wins by 8
Cocks win by 4
BYU wins by 3

Sorry, but I don't have a reliable opinion on your total.  While my system is proven on sides, I don't have great confidence in it on totals.  (It is still a work in progress.)  If you ever seem me play a total, it is most certainly a tail. 

I know the numbers I gave you on the sides aren't much help, as they are close to the spreads, but it's all I have.  (And it's why these games are no plays for me.)

Be careful with Dayton in this spot.  They haven't played very good defense this year.  They lost 3 of their top 4 defenders from last year's squad. 

Teams have figured out how to beat Dayton.  They limit their possessions and make them score in a half court offense which is not their strength.  Juwan Staten, their stud freshman point will also be playing injured in this game if he plays at all.  Haven't seen a total yet, but I think this total is around 110.

NBA Basketball: Los Angeles Lakers vs. Chicago Bulls (+1.5)

Tonight the Chicago Bulls play the Los Angeles Lakers in Chicago.
The Lakers, 1.5-point favorites, have won three in a row after experiencing a
rare, four-game losing streak. The Lakers? opponents in its three-game winning
streak have not been among the league?s best teams. The wins came against
the Washington Wizards, Sacramento Kings and the Los Angeles Clippers. The
Clippers lost by only one point, 87-86.

The Bulls have won four of six, including a win over Oklahoma City, and have
been playing quality basketball lately. Over the last six games, half of the Bulls
opponents have scored fewer than 93 points. It?s two losses during that time,
against Orlando and Boston, the opponent has scored well over the century mark.
What does it all mean?

Even when the Lakers lose, they score a lot of points. The Lakers have scored
more than 100 points in 68-percent of their games this season. A closer look
reveals the Lakers were on the road in about half of the games the team failed to
score 100 points. The will have to score if they want to compete with the Bulls at
home. The Bulls are averaging 107 points per game at home this season.
The Lakers beat the Bulls by seven points in LA in late November. Look for the
Bulls to close that gap at home to not only cover but win the game. Take the home
team in this one.

Like TCU at 8.  Hope I can get that number without buying the hook.  Oppo on Buff.  Only paper research, though I have bet against WGB a few time this year, but I see a dramatic SOS adv for WGB, and Buffalo looking like world beaters without any comp.  Seems that thei "numbers" might be wicked inflated.

And I concur, it is wicked hard to get through your threads

I had to buy the hook on the TCU game to get that number.

You are 100% right...my numbers on Buffalo were very inflated...but after some adjustments, they still appear to be the play.
