Wow, my Mountaineers just about pulled off the upset!

Horrible missed goaltending call at the end of the game!

Great start to the day and lets get that Miss St to cover as well. Super call on UMass and just what you said about West Virginia on the boards.

Couple of points of interest in the Illinois - Minnesota game tonite. At 3-5 in conference play a must game for Minny. Saturday night at the Barn the place will absolutely be wild. I'm telling you the whole building shakes its amazing. Sampson was a no factor last game against MSU and had 22 against Illinois in the first matchup. Since that game Minny has gotten better and Illinois will lets just say you can take the word fighting out of there name. If the gophers want any chance for a NCAA bid they must win this game.

Hurt to not get that Miss. State cover, but that's pretty much par for the course for me on "public" plays.

Minny is looking very attractive. I watched the entire first meeting and the Goofers were the better team. I'm sure the nighttime atmosphere will make for a terrific home-court advantage.

LSU totally out coached and outplayed today. I got out of one unit of my play at halftime, but LSU's only chance was Davis staying out, and we didn't get that lucky.

Good luck the rest of the way tonight..... I'm on Xavier and Bonnies also.....

Yeah, I made that LSU play from a purely situational perspective and it clearly did not pan out. Kentucky is progressing rapidly and isn't looking like one of the nation's youngest teams.

I'm playing LA Tech because Nevada just got a major road win Thursday night in Las Cruces against an Aggies team that swept them last season. They turned around tonight less than 48 hours after that win to play another road game in Ruston, LA. Tons of travel, minimal prep time, possible letdown, and a completely opposite style from what they saw the other night against New Mexico State.

Chalky, but I love the spot for both teams and NMSU's ability to get to the free throw line and pound the offensive glass. Fresno's 3rd road game in 7 days. More reasons, but I have some drinking to do.
