Any ranked team as a home team vs a non-ranked team

not on an ats streak of -1 (they can be on-2 or more or their previous game was a cover or push)

the current game total is between 143 and 167 ( basically this means that a team is not wildly good on offense or defense.)  the defense part may not make sense but in some cases they could be on an ats under streak drawing the line lower and sinking the under to a 59/0 chance or better. 

im not looking for the extremes I’m looking  for teams in the middle I don’t play high out put scoring teams with high totals. But if the Arizona types play lower scoring teams.  If the indicated total qualifys that’s a signal it’s okay to play unders.
