You just opened up Pandora's box brother!  You got me to take a peak at how they fared in the 1st half of the 9 conference games and they would've covered 8 out of 9 of the half lines, if -6.5 was the 1H spread.

The only one that they weren't leading by 7+ was against Kansas when they were actually down by 12 at the half.  Then they came back in the 2nd half to win by 11, covering that game by 18 for the game.

I think you just got me to press my ND game up on the 1half line.

I'm a UT alum, and while I think they win, it'll be tough to cover.  Baylor, while schitty, are actually talented.  Their length will give us fits.  They always look disineterested but Texas always gets their's and everyone else's best shot.

Actually had to take them at -7.  My sportsbook sucks

Answered my next question..  Will take my ND winnings and put them on 1st half as well.  BOL...

I like the prediction.  When I averaged out the 5 games that these to teams both played, I came up with an insane number of Texas by 19-20 points.  I don't like to post predictions like this or predicted margins of victory, but that's what my calculations came up as.

That was easy money. Texas fell off towards the end 1H otherwise I would have hit my Over too. I deployed on Texas -3 for 2H! GL.

Baylor is just awful. I wish I saw this thread before I locked in Baylor

I'm just scared that this performance will inflate their Spreads in some of these final regular season games.  I'll let you know when I'm not riding Texas, I just feel like Texas is getting way to cheap of lines, except for when they played Texas Tech.  I really won't bet on chalk that big, doesn't matter that it was Tech.

If you get a -12 line for Texas or lower for their remaining games in regular season, it's probably going to be a very low line, no matter home or away.  This team is for real.

If Texas gets a line of upper negative teens, you are talking more of a coin flip.  Not my style.

Texas plays no more RATED teams and will play their solid game until the end of the regular season, giving them an EZ #1 seed in the NCAA Tourney.

Texas has already done their work to get a #1 seed in the tourney and just have to coast the rest of the season away.

But don't think they are gonna stop being consistent on winning against teams depending on their actual talent.  They break into a double-digit lead and the HOLD that shit.  That's why I wouldn't bet any 2nd half lines.

I'm not saying they get "conservative", but they take what the other team is giving when they are up by double-digits.  If a team closes in being down by single-digits, they play to keep it double.

I believe I said that Baylor doesn't take good care of the ball, and it's showing with their travels and crappy footwork against the #1 Defense in the country.

Like I said, I don't bet Texas 2nd halves, I've seen too many games.  The other teams try to make up the deficit while Texas takes what is theirs.  Yet again, not saying they get conservative, but don't expect them to win by 32 points.

Im glad I teased the horns to -6.5. Agree though, this should have been an easy cover had Texas not missed all the FTs.
