Write up for ku Baylor game

We have a battle for the top spot in the Big 12 as the Baylor Bears and the Kansas Jayhawks go toe to toe. The Bears are currently 11-4 overall, 3-0 in league play while the Jayhawks are currently 14-1 overall, 2-0 in league play. The Baylor Bears have the talent to compete with Kansas for the Big 12 championship and this game is crucial to their season. The Bears have reeled off three straight conference victories and have beaten Texas, Texas Tech, and TCU. That said, Baylor has been sort of inconsistent this year and have lost some games they had no business losing. The Bears have been defeated by Colorado, College Charleston, and North Western. Baylor does have some quality wins on the season and beat Boston College, Saint Johns, Kentucky, and BYU. Leading the way for the Bears is Pierre Jackson and Isaiah Austin. Jackson is a 5-10 senior guard who is averaging 19.2 ppg, 3.7 rpg, 6.3 apg while Austin is a talented 7-1 freshman who is posting 14.6 ppg and 8.4 rpg. Kansas has won 14 games in a row and they had a scare the other night when Iowa State was able to come into Allen Fieldhouse and push the Jayhawks to the brink. It took an extraordinary effort from their super freshman Ben McLemore to push the game into overtime where the Jayhawks were able to pull away and get the W. In their next game the Jayhawks went into Texas Tech and played a sloppy game but still came out on top. McLemoreis leading the Jayhawks and the 6-5 freshman guard is averaging 16.4 ppg, 5.2 rpg, and 2.1 apg.

I usually don't post over unders but this one is a toss up to cap. Baylor won't win I'm just not sure if Baylor can keep it within 11. I like the under 142.5 , both teams will be gunning for the top spot in big 12 which usually means dogfight physical play. I think this will be a low scoring affair Lower than most people think.

While Louisville handled its first three Big East foes with relative ease, the new No. 1 team in the nation could be in for a tough test Monday night.
Hoping to open 4-0 in conference play for the first time in four seasons, the Cardinals visit Hartford trying for a sixth victory in seven matchups with a Connecticut club coming off arguably its most impressive win to date.
Losses last week by former No. 1 Duke and previous No. 2 Michigan allowed Louisville to climb from third in the AP poll to the top spot this week. The only other time the Cardinals were No. 1 was the final poll of the 2008-09 season.
They reached the top this time thanks to a 10-game win streak and an impressive start to conference play.
After beating Providence and Seton Hall by an average of 16.5 points, Louisville (15-1, 3-0) cruised to a 64-38 win over South Florida on Saturday. Junior Gorgui Dieng recorded his third straight double-double with 12 points and a career high-tying 16 rebounds while star point guard Peyton Siva shot 7 of 11 - 3 of 5 from 3-point range - to finish with 17 points, becoming the 64th player in school history to reach 1,000.

The Huskies' impressive guard combo of Shabazz Napier and Ryan Boatright came up huge Saturday, combining for 33 points and nine assists. Connecticut outscored the Fighting Irish 7-0 over the final 43 seconds to snap Notre Dame's 17-game home winning streak. This game is Also a toss up on a side. I'm going with the under in this game as well. I think it will be another dogfight defense will be intense In this game I think it will be a low scoring affair.
