Point shaving scandal

This is information that won't be broken for a few weeks.  NCAA severely trying to keep it under wraps.  

The scandal involves the beginning of the season.

So is it safe to say then the only logical assumption would be that you are part of the NCAA or were leaked secret information by them?

I had them at home vs Bama a few weeks back.

needed them to cover 4 or something. they were up at half then all of a sudden they forgot how to score......

I remember their first 5 or so games didn't have lines.  I was surprised because even though they weren't ranked high I figured they're an SEC program and had to have some talent.  Anyway, they were blowing teams out early on, but they were mostly against garbage schools like Kennesaw St.

I slammed them on their first lined gamed against Seton Hall as an 8.5 pt dog and lost horribly. 

Second, looking over their record, nothing really looks suspicious.  They lost games as a big dog and didn't cover some of them.  I don't see how an inferior team getting points has any control over shaving points or how much they lose by.  Common sense and history show that in point shaving scandals usually it's the better team getting points controlling how much they win by, whether they cover a spread or not.  

The only game that stands out is on 12/30 against Georgia Southern where they were a 12.5 favorite and won by 3, but other than that, they've played as a dog, or a small favorite in tight games.   

It'll be interesting to see what games in particular the FBI is looking at.

But now maybe it sheds some light as to why 6 of their first 8 games didn't have lines, maybe Vegas caught wind of some shady plot and didn't want to get burned.

I played UNLV +125 to win the tourney

As far as today, I will be on TCU +4, very small though.  I think these lines are all good.
